Be Prepared to Walk Into a Room
Sometimes you just need to prepare yourself before you walk into a party or a group gathering. This means taking the step to be aware of what you are feeling about the event. So stop, breathe and ask your body... am I ready to do this? Listen to what it says back by noticing how you are feeling. If you are not ready... Stop again, breathe and see your self glowing in a pretend mirror. Let your confidence build and then take that first step into the door with a big smile. You got this all the way.
